In 1997, she moved to England where she worked as the Executive Assistant for the Director of Public Relations for Pegasus Solutions. Born in Tucson, Sam grew up in Arlington, SD before he left to attend the University of Maryland. Aside from Real Estate, Sam spent six years working as a manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and 3 years as an Insurance Sales Manager for Combined Insurance. Before entering the real estate business Sam also served four years in active military, fixing communication equipment while stationed in Korea, North Carolina and Texas. Sam wed Katya in 2006, and together they opened up Dallas Luxury Realty in 2008. The agency has grown from 3 agents to over 20, and is now also operating in Austin and Houston.
