M Streets

Located just East of Highland Park and the SMU area and a few miles northeast of Deep Ellum, M-Streets is commonly split in two distinct neighborhoods. Some parts are home to a vibrant nightlife with numerous bars, restaurants, and live music venues. Given its proximity to University Park apartments and condos, the area is a hotspot for SMU students who enjoy bar hoping up and down Greenville Avenue. Lower Greenville also has a yearly St. Patrick’s Day parade which is well known throughout all the various neighborhoods in Dallas. M-Streets real estate is a bit more upscale, and as a result, the homes, lofts, townhouses, and condos are more expensive. A great example of real estate in the M-Streets is the recently developed Mockingbird Station which is a newly developed urban village with upscale lofts and restaurants. But have no fear if loft living is not your style, there are plenty of luxurious and spacious homes for sale in the area as well.
